The Commission on Presidential Debates has chosen Tennessee, New York and Mississippi to be the sites of next years presidential debates, ignoring the entire western United States. The criteria used for choosing the candidates, similar to those for choosing the locations, are rather vague, including a "must have at least 15% support in national polls" clause. Read more here.
